No clause in the following terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
We respect your privacy rights and will only use any personal information you give us lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
In compliance with the Cookie Laws, the only cookies used in this site are ones essential to the operation of the shopping cart:
ekm_USERNAME – Temporary cookie generated to test if cookies are enabled on the visitor’s browser.
ekm_pp_USERNAME – Stores a unique reference to visitors cart contents. Stores authentication details for customer logged in section.
ekm_tmp_ORDERNUMBER – Stores a reference to the visitors order number after an order has been generated.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.

We only accept online orders from UK customers and Europe. If you are in the EC and are looking for larger quantities, please contact us for a delivery quote.
We accept payment online using most credit/debit cards or PayPal from the UK & Europe.
We are happy to accept payment for UK orders by cheque or postal order, please post us your order including pack size and quantity, contact details and add £3.99 UK P&P (higher postage may apply to overseas orders and UK orders of 15Kg+). Please make cheques payable to Daisy Gifts Ltd. We may wait until the cheque has cleared before posting the goods. See Contact Us for postal address.
Returns - cooling off period - cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time up to fourteen days after receipt of the goods. The customer is responsible for the safe return of the goods and the cost of return delivery. Subject to this, we would normally expect to refund the full price of the ordered goods.
If you do wish to amend or cancel your order please contact us by e-mail or telephone.
Damaged or wrongly supplied goods
Please notify us within three working days of receipt of your order if any of the goods have been damaged or wrongly supplied. We will replace any damaged goods free of charge and will rectify any problems with the order as quickly as possible. Damaged goods may be subject to return.
Lavender oil is used for a wide variety of purposes. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that it is used appropriately. In particular you should read the safety information on the labels and consult an appropriately qualified authority (e.g. an aromatherapist) if in any doubt.
We are confident that you will have no cause for dissatisfaction with any of our products or service, but if there are any problems please let us know and we will try to resolve matters quickly and fairly.
In the extremely unlikey event that there is a problem which cannot be resolved in the usual manner, we are required to act in accordance with the EC regulations which can be found via this link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
